Mariam Atallah is a filmmaker and photographer, currently pursuing her MFA in Documentary Filmmaking at Stanford University. Her work explores connections and tensions between Egypt and the United States, exploring how political, social, and personal systems intersect across both contexts. She has been a fellow with the Diverse Voices in Docs Fellowship at Kartemquin Films, and her work has screened at the Toronto Arab Film Festival and the Egyptian American Film Festival.
